Our new client portal and communication site facilitates this SPECIFIC task. All parties can easily see the communications, documents, photographs and other pertinent information. They can document and communicate with the parties involved. When it is convenient to them. Questions, remarks and concerns are documented and time stamped. In this manner the “accountability factor” is easily verifiable.
